DO YOU WORK WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY?
Yes, we work with all insurance companies. Once we have your claim number and a contact person, we can handle your claim electronically or virtually with your insurance company.
I’VE HAD AN ACCIDENT, WHAT DO I DO?
Call us @ 215-345-5211 – we will need to know if the car needs to be towed and if so we will arrange to pick the vehicle and transport it back to our facility. If the damages do not require a tow then you can come in for an estimate and we will discuss your options.
I NEED AN ESTIMATE, WHEN CAN I COME IN?
Our hours for estimates are Monday – Thursday 8:00am-10:30am & 12:00pm-2:00pm ; Friday 8:00am-10:30am. We can make arrangements for you if needed.
I NEED TO SCHEDULE, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE AND WHEN CAN I BRING MY CAR IN?
Most automotive repairs for drivable vehicles take 3-8 days to repair and for the non-drivable about 2-3 weeks. These are estimated times and could extend depending on issues that may arise such as parts delays or additional damages.
WHAT DO I DO IF I’M IN AN ACCIDENT AND THERE ARE EITHER NO OR MINOR INJURIES?
- Call 911, Notify Police, seek Medical attention (now or later).
- Do not move the vehicles unless they may cause another collision.
- If possible, set out flares or otherwise warn other traffic.
